We recommend scheduling your appointment well in advance to secure your preferred time slot. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.  

Consultation and Treatment Plans 

Prior to any treatment, a consultation with one of our team is mandatory. During this session, we will discuss your goals, assess your medical history, and develop a personalized treatment plan. Payment Terms

Please inquire about acceptable payment methods when booking your appointment. 

Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on treatments provided. However, if you experience any adverse effects or are dissatisfied with your results, please contact us immediately at admin@thebeautoxlounge.com to discuss possible solutions.
